Background checked, every one
Before anyone joins a Right Call crew, they pass a criminal background check. You're letting us into your home, your garage, and your driveway, and we don't take that lightly.
Attitude tested
Lifting can be taught. Attitude can't. Every applicant takes an attitude and customer-service assessment and sits down face to face with the owner. We hire people who are patient, respectful, and proud of hard work.
Trained the Right Call way
New crew members work alongside experienced ones on real jobs before they ever lead one. They learn to protect your floors and walls, lift safely, and leave every space broom-clean.
The customer is always right
It's the first thing we teach and the last thing we say before every job. Want the couch gone but the lamp to stay? The lamp stays. Change your mind halfway through? No problem. Our crew doesn't argue, doesn't upsell, and doesn't rush you. It's your home, and every person on our team knows you're the boss of it.
Respect for your property
We carry things instead of dragging them, protect finished floors, and check every room before we leave so nothing goes by mistake. If we're ever unsure whether something should go, we stop and ask you first.
Uniformed and accountable
We show up in Right Call uniforms, introduce ourselves by name, and walk the job with you before we lift a thing.
